I am looking for a room and need to move in by May 9th at the latest. Once we both agree after the inspection, I can finalize the contract and move in within 1 or 2 days. I’ll be staying until July 25th.

Military Background: I have completed my military service in Korea. This means I am very disciplined, quiet, and I keep my living space extremely clean. I’m not picky about the room—as long as it’s a quiet place to sleep and study, I’m happy.
Financial Reliability: My stay is fully supported by my parents, so I can guarantee that the bond and rent will always be paid on time without any issues.
Respectful Smoker: I am a smoker, but I strictly follow all property rules and only smoke in designated outdoor areas.
I’m looking for a hassle-free stay and promise to be a very easygoing and reliable tenant. I’m available for an inspection anytime—please let me know if you have a spot available!
