Easygoing, respectful, and clean — I’m the kind of person who keeps shared spaces tidy and drama-free. I’m pretty independent but also friendly and happy to chat or hang out occasionally.

At the moment I’m on Centrelink while I sort out my next work move, so I’m reliable with budgeting and consistent with rent. I’m usually pretty chill day-to-day - gym, music, exploring the area, and keeping a good routine.

I do have a dog who’s well-behaved, toilet-trained, and not destructive. I’m very responsible with them and make sure they don’t impact others or shared spaces.

I’m looking for a place that’s comfortable, relaxed, and respectful. Ideally with housemates who are easy to get along with, communicate well, and keep things clean.
