My name is James and I am a 22 year old with a dedication to my professional development and personal growth. This dedication has enabled me to open an environmental installation business focusing on ecological services, landscaping, and environmental initiatives. This business was very successful starting in the sunshine coast and expanding across the entire east coast of Australia, finishing with its sale in October 2024.

The business success enabled me to enroll in a Masters in Business Administration, using my experience as a prerequisite for enrollment. While completing this course, part-time, I have attained an operations supervisor role in a landscaping company which entails business development, improving operational capabilities, and growing the organisation. This position is full-time work, so most of my free time is devoted to either of these activities.

When I do have some free time I have a range of different hobbies. Activities I like to do include wake-boarding, sim-racing/gaming, beach days/swimming, fitness, soccer, volleyball, sight-seeing, etc.

My most notable qualities include empathy, kindness, emotional maturity and intelligence, happiness, cleanliness and a high level of thought/care taken in my actions.

I am ready to move into my own place by myself, with the intention of moving closer to my new workplace and the city to decrease my travel time and meet new people. I can prove my previous rental experience with great references to assist judgment. I hope I can find a place to call home while I continue improving myself.
