If chosen as your flatmate, I will:
- Keep my room clean and tidy and contribute to chores in the shared spaces.

- Be friendly towards my flatmates while respecting their privacy and boundaries.

- Pay rent on a set day each month.

What I am looking for in a potential room/shared house:

- A furnished room with a bed and a wardrobe.

- A private room.

- Only women or mixed-gender flatmates.

- Close to public transport.

- A commitment of 12 months or longer.

- Rent that includes WIFI and utilities.

-If I'm accepted as a flatmate, may I have a week to move in please?

I currently work part-time on weekends and receive jobseeker payments while actively searching for a full-time job.
