Hi I'm Chris, a quiet and considerate digital artist looking to live in a detached, non-shared granny flat/bungalow/house in a quiet area, distanced from car ports, barking dogs, music, noisy kids etc. I'm self-employed and work from home, am clean and tidy, don't drink or smoke and am averse to parties. I have my own furniture (bed, desk and chair), and although existing white goods would be a bonus, I can provide my own if necessary. I get about via bike/legs, so a parking space is not required (except for the bike).
