Flatmates intro

Hello, I'm Linh (23) from Vietnam, a Master of Teaching UniMelb student :D I'm quiet, tidy and very friendly. I'm always up for a chat and hangout, but I also respect everyone's needs for personal space. I would occasionally bring friends over (I would tell you beforehand!), but there will be no parties, and I would expect the same from you.

My hobbies are painting, journaling and exploring cafe and good food. Sometimes you might find me making matcha in the kitchen, and I am happy to share a drink with you too 🍵

🏡 What I'm looking for:
I'm looking for a female flatmate to team up with me for a 2B2B Build-to-Rent (BTR) apartments at Haiku (South Yarra, Gladstone), Local: Kensington or LIV Aston around early August. I prioritise layouts where both bedrooms have proper windows/access to natural light.
- My budget: $450pw (rent only, we would split the utility bills evenly if it is not included)
- Note: I am currently on my winter break in Vietnam and will return in early August, so I won't be able to inspect in person. I’m totally fine if you want to inspect and move in a bit earlier.

👩🏻‍💻 Disclaimers:
- As university could get quite intense, I would frequently study late at night. I would make sure to keep the noise to minimal, and avoid late-night cooking.
- My parents might visit me for a week once or twice a year and they would love to stay with me. I’ll always check with you beforehand to ensure it fits your schedule and comfort level (and you’re welcome to do the same!)
