Heya!

Looking for a room or place to rent out in November this year. I am respectful, very clean and will treat any home as if it were my own. I enjoy being outdoors, love the beach, creeks, drives and any outdoor adventure. I also value quality time to wind down and balance it with being social. My routine typically involves work, working out, study and the occasional trying a new restaurant or going on an adventure. I am more than happy to make new friends or keep to myself, whatever is preferred. I have a consistent and reliable job in the Health industry and study on the side too.

I am pretty open at this stage to location and seeing what is available. Would be a bonus to have a secure carpark and own bathroom but not a necessity!

Please note I would value to find somewhere that is okay with me having the occasional visitor so when my partner travels to the GC they can stay with me.
