Hi, I’m Paul from Austria and I’ll be coming to Brisbane for an exchange semester at the University of Queensland from mid July until the end of November 2026.

I’m looking for a single room in a shared house or flat, ideally with good access to UQ St Lucia. Areas like West End, St Lucia, Toowong, Taringa, Indooroopilly, South Brisbane or nearby suburbs would be great.

I’ve lived in shared flats for the past five years, so I’m very used to sharing spaces, keeping things tidy, communicating openly and respecting everyone’s privacy. I’m independent and reliable, but I’m not looking for a place where everyone just lives next to each other without any interaction.

I’d love to live in a friendly and social home where people occasionally cook together, hang out, watch movies, have a few drinks or do something spontaneous. At the same time, I fully understand that everyone needs quiet time, especially during exams or busy weeks.

In my free time, I enjoy doing sports, being outside, meeting friends, going out for food or drinks and exploring new places.

I’m easygoing, tidy, respectful and always happy to contribute to a good house atmosphere.
