Kat and Fer

Hi, we're Kat (38 from Perth) and Fer (32 from Paraguay) looking for an ensuite room in the inner city or Freo area. We both work full time (Federal Government and Gardner), enjoy running, pilates, cooking, coffee and hanging out with friends. We're both very easy going individuals, enjoy socialising but also equally happy to stay in and watch a series.

We're both accustomed to living in sharehouses so are respectful of others space and always ensure we leave things clean.

We each have a car, so will need space for 2 small cars.

We're ideally looking for a 3 month stay, but would be willing to consider a minimum of 1 month, starting from 7 September.
