Hi! I'm Jun, a 23-year-old from South Korea, heading to Brisbane on a Working Holiday visa. I'm looking for a relaxed, respectful share house to settle into.

I'm actively job-hunting and able to work full-time on my visa, and I have savings prepared for the move, so I can pay the bond and two weeks' rent upfront. I'm reliable with rent and will always pay on time.

I'm clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I'm fairly quiet at home — I mostly use home as a place to eat, rest, and recharge — and I rarely have people over. I'm not a big drinker, but I'm happy to have a social drink occasionally. I'm an early riser, but I'm considerate around shared bathrooms and morning schedules.

I'm easygoing and friendly, but I also respect everyone's space. I'm always up for a chat or a shared meal if housemates are keen, and just as happy to keep things calm. In my free time, I enjoy reading, staying active, and meditation. I grew up with three younger sisters, so I'm used to sharing space and being considerate of others.

I arrive in Brisbane on the 14th of June, so I can inspect from then on and move in quickly if the place feels right. I'm flexible with dates and looking for a minimum stay of around 3 months, but I'm very open to staying longer if it's a good fit. Happy to provide proof of arrival privately if needed.
