Hi, I'm Luiza, a Psychology graduate working in Aged Care and Disability Support on the Northern Beaches. I have stable employment, references available and I'm clean, quiet and respectful.

I'm looking for a private, self-contained granny flat, studio or small one-bedroom place on the Northern Beaches. Ideally somewhere comfortable with a bit of space, for long-term rental.

It would be for myself and my indoor cat Misty, who is desexed, litter-trained and very well behaved. 🐱

I'm currently renting locally and flexible with my move-in date.
