My name's Anya - I'm 26 and looking for a place to move into on the 14th of August, preferably a reasonable commute's distance to USyd :)

I'm looking to settle into somewhere long-term for at least the duration of my Master's Degree (two or more years). I'll be studying postgraduate and working as an editor and tutor for a big Sydney-based tutoring centre while running my online business. In my free time you can find me hiking, lifting weights, painting, playing instruments, cooking, baking, walking outside or listening to music/a podcast.

Would love a place that's fairly quiet and peaceful, with housemates that value both solitude and eating together + catching up from time to time.

Bonus if it's walking distance to a peaceful park/reserve/walking track and has space to experiment with a herb garden outside :)
