I'm a postgraduate student starting a Master of Artificial Intelligence at QUT (Gardens Point) in July 2026. I also work remotely as a product/UX designer with steady freelance income, so I can comfortably cover rent and provide proof of income and references if needed.
Originally from Japan, I take real care to keep shared spaces clean and tidy, and I'm a quiet, considerate non-smoker with no pets. My days are mostly taken up with study and remote work, so I keep a calm routine and am respectful of shared spaces and house rules. I'm looking for a long-term room (6+ months) in a settled, low-key household where housemates are considerate of each other's space.
Ideally the room is furnished and has a lock, in an inner-south suburb within easy reach of QUT Gardens Point. I'm happy to provide ID, proof of income and references, and I'd like to inspect the place in person before committing.
