Hi everyone!

My name is Pablo, and I am looking for a long-term rental that I could call home.

Ideally, I'm looking for a granny flat or studio (max $500 bills incl), but I'm also very open to joining a shared house if it's the right fit for everyone. (ensuite - max $400 bills incl)

A little bit about me: I am a 38yo Spanish guy currently working as a support worker - but have my background as a chef for many years. I have a stable job, reliable income, no smoking, no drinking, no parties.

In my free time I love spending time outdoors weather enjoying the beach or exploring nature. Otherwise, you'll usually find me at the gym, a yoga class, reading a book, or simply enjoying a quiet evening at home.

When it comes to sharing a home, I'm easygoing, respectful, tidy, and always clean up after myself. I really value a peaceful, friendly, and considerate living environment. While I enjoy spending time with housemates and don't like the feeling of living with "strangers", I do also value personal space, quiet time, and a calm home.

I believe in keeping a neat and tidy home, being financially responsible by always paying rent on time, and treating the people I live with respectfully; the same respect I'd hope to receive. Simple as that.
