French engineering student (Master's) starting at UQ St Lucia in late July, here for 18 months — so I'm after a stable, longer-term place, not a quick stopover. I'm tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with.
Financially I'm solid and can provide references, proof of enrolment and bank statements — happy to pay a few months upfront if that helps. Outside of uni I'm into climbing, trail running and music production (headphones on, always — your walls are safe). I don't smoke.
