I'm a 25-year-old student from Spain, and I've just arrived in Melbourne on a student visa. I'm currently looking for a room in a friendly, social share house near the CBD or surronding suburbs.
Back home, I've shared flats before, so I completely understand the golden rules of a house-sharing: I'm clean, tidy, very respectful of everyone's personal space and reliable with rent and chores.
