Gemma and Matt

My partner and I have recently moved to Perth from the UK and are currently looking for a short-term sublet while we get settled. We’re hoping to find somewhere to stay for around a month before moving into a longer-term rental. My partner has recently started work, and I’m currently interviewing for professional roles.

We’re both friendly, respectful and easy-going people who enjoy keeping active. Outside of work, we spend a lot of time at the gym, travelling, getting outdoors and making the most of the beach.

We’re tidy, clean, non-smokers and take pride in looking after the places we live. We’d treat any home with care and respect and are happy to provide references if required.
