Hi! My name is Jina Song, and I'm from South Korea.
I know how competitive it can be to find a good sharehouse in Brisbane, so I wanted to introduce myself properly and give you a better idea of who I am.
I'll be arriving in Brisbane on September 6 on a Working Holiday Visa. I'll be studying English at ILSC Brisbane on Adelaide Street, so I'm currently looking for a place with a convenient commute to the city.
I'm 23 years old and currently in my final semester of an Economics degree at a university in Korea. Last year, I worked as an Account Executive (AE) at an advertising agency for about a year. Working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with many different people taught me to be adaptable, respectful, and positive, even in challenging situations.
I grew up in a large family and have lived in shared dormitories for six years since I was 17, sometimes sharing a room with up to 10 people. Because of this, I'm very comfortable living with others and understand the importance of respecting personal space, keeping noise to a minimum, and being considerate of everyone's routines. I'm also used to keeping shared areas clean and tidy and always doing my part with household chores.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature and cooking. I'm a non-smoker, and I'd describe myself as friendly, easygoing, and respectful. I enjoy getting along with the people I live with while also respecting everyone's privacy.
I'm also financially responsible, so you can rely on me to pay my rent and bond on time.
I'd love the opportunity to view the room and meet you in person. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you!
