Hi,
I am looking for a room for a while, iv just sold my house.

I am clean, tidy and respectful, i work full time Monday to friday and after hours i own and run a mechanic workshop so im generally out of the house from 8am - 8-9pm week days and all day saturday’s.

I have a small dog named spex who is a papillon x cavalier. She is 13 years old and is a lovely little companion.

Im looking for an unfurnished room as i have my own things to put in the room but i have storage organised so a furnished room is also ok.
