My name is Jay, originally from South Korea, and I’m currently working full-time as a nurse at Prince of Wales Hospital.

Sadly, I’ll be moving out of my current place after living there for 5 years, so I’m now looking for a private room to rent, preferably long-term.

📍 Preferred loctaions: Randwick, Surry Hills, Eastlakes, Mascot, Kingsford, Waterloo, Zetland, Maroubra, Eastgardens, Newtown — but I’m open to anywhere around the area!
💰 Budget: Max. $450/week
🗓️ Move-in: Flexible, anytime from late September to early October
🛏️ Room: Private room

A little about me — I’m very easy-going, clean and respectful. I value privacy and personal space, but I’m also always happy to have a chat, watch a movie together, go out or grab dinner and a glass of wine. 🍷
