Hey! I’m Loan, in my early 20s and currently looking for a room on the Gold Coast.

I’m easygoing, friendly and social, but I also really respect people’s privacy and personal space. I’m clean and tidy, I work, go to the gym regularly, and spend a lot of my free time at the beach, outdoors, catching up with friends or just exploring the Gold Coast.

I’m looking for a home with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, ideally with housemates around my age who are happy to have a chat, grab a drink, go to the beach or do things together from time to time. I’m definitely not looking for a crazy party house, just somewhere with good people and a nice vibe.

I’m flexible with moving dates and open to both short and long-term options depending on the place.
