Hi! I’m Yun, 30, from South Korea. I’m arriving in Sydney on 6 September on a Working Holiday visa and looking for a comfortable, long-term place to call home.

I worked as a graphic designer in Korea and I’m planning to work full-time in Sydney, ideally as a barista. I’m quiet, clean, respectful and a non-smoker. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and I’m considerate of other people’s privacy and routines.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring cafés, going for walks, working out and discovering new places around the city. I’m friendly and happy to have a chat, but I also enjoy my own space and a peaceful home.

I’m looking for a clean and well-maintained home with a furnished private room, ideally up to $300/week including bills. I’d prefer to live with female flatmates if possible, but I’m open to a mixed household with a respectful and comfortable atmosphere.

I’m ready to move in from 12 September.
