29, born and raised in Brisbane, moving down to Sydney in a week for a new tech sales role, which is the whole reason for the move. Working full time, in the office Monday-Thursday with one day WFH. Big into my surfing so ideally looking for a place with quick or reasonably easy access to good quality surf, keen to make the most of summer at the beach. Also very much into my gym, health and fitness, but I like to balance that out with a good time and getting out with my mates too.

I'm a friendly, clean, respectful guy who'll happily give you your space but is just as up for a chat and a hang when it suits. Don't smoke, do cook, and keep things tidy. Looking to properly immerse myself in Sydney life and the social scene, keen to actually get to know whoever I end up living with rather than just being a name on the lease.

I'm flexible with the duration of stay that I'm open to, however; as I'm moving for work, I'm ideally looking for 6-12 months.
