Hi I’m Mike, a 59-year-old self-employed consultant looking for a quiet, comfortable place to call home for at least six months, ideally longer. Your room really stood out to me, and I think I would really enjoy living there.

I run an established business and work quietly from home. My work is desk-based, with no clients visiting and no noisy late-night activity. I’m financially stable, can pay the rent immediately, and am available to move in this weekend.

I’m clean, tidy and considerate in shared spaces, and I’m happy to do my fair share of household chores. I enjoy hiking, being outdoors and cooking, and I’m always happy for the occasional shared meal or chat while respecting everyone’s privacy and downtime.
