Hi! I’m a UNSW student looking for a comfortable place to call home.
I’m fairly flexible with location as I drive, ideally somewhere within around a 25-minute drive of UNSW.

I’m quiet, clean and respectful, and pretty easygoing to live with. I tend to keep to myself at home, but I’m always friendly and happy to have a chat.

I don’t cook much, and when I do, I usually keep it simple and always clean up after myself. I’m looking for a calm, tidy household where everyone respects each other’s space :)

I’d also prefer somewhere with easy street parking nearby, and I need to be listed as a tenant on a Residential Tenancy Agreement.
