56 year old male who needs a room for a few months while I search for a house to buy,as don’t want to be locked into an expensive yearly rental lease
Im a tradesman who has work in the Hawthorn,Glen Iris for next 6 months and looking for a location that doesn’t have me on the road for a couple of hours a day
Spent last six years leasing a house in Frankston with my two daughters who are now grown up and have lived in share house accommodation around 2016/17
When I’m not at work I like to rest and relax in front of of the screen or phone or visit friends/family or play golf
Being 56 now I don’t have inclination or energy for late nights and boozy weekends and am sociable but like my own space and respect that need for space others have
