Hi everyone!

I'm a Primary teacher who's just returned from living in the UK for the last few years, currently looking for somewhere to call home!

I'd love to find a place that has a social vibe to it, as I love a good movie night / Sunday morning coffee, but also respectful of personal space. I'm clean and tidy and hope that you are too! Ideally looking for just one other flatmate, but open to two under the right circumstances. I've had both male and female flatmates before so don't have a preference there, but would love to live with people of a similar age to me.

I like to get outdoors, I'm currently trying (somewhat successfully) to get into running and love a good bushwalk, but an afternoon on the sofa can be much needed too. I also really enjoy baking so any potential flatmates will see the benefit of that pretty soon!

Budget is $400 - 450 / week, flexible for the right place

Move in date is flexible, ideally in the first week of October
