Hi, my name is Zoe. I am a 29 year-old public sector lawyer looking for a place to move into.

Outside of work, I’m pretty active and love getting outdoors. Most weekends you’ll find me out on the trails, either running or hiking. I also enjoy cooking, music, and occasionally picking up my guitar. I’m a big live music fan and often travel interstate for gigs (because no one comes to Adelaide!).

I am clean, respectful, and considerate when it comes to shared living. In previous share houses, I’ve always contributed to the weekly cleaning of communal areas, including bathrooms, and I make an effort to keep shared spaces tidy.

I’m social and enjoy spending time with housemates, but I’m also mindful of everyone’s need for privacy and downtime.

I’m generally an early bird, as I like to train before work, and I work standard office hours (roughly 8:30am to 5:30pm). Weeknights are usually low-key: cooking, watching a bit of TV, and having a chat.

I really enjoy meeting new people and would love to live in a house where housemates become friends, rather than just people sharing a roof.

One final thing: I have a 12-month-old ginger cat named Theo. I understand cats aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but he’s an incredibly affectionate and friendly little guy, even if he can be a bit cheeky at times! He is relatively low maintenance, and I’m diligent about keeping his litter tray clean and managing anything pet-related.

I am flexible with move in date. My current lease expires on 18 December but I am happy to start paying rent before that for the right place.
