Summer

I'm a 20-year-old female who loves dancing, horse riding, movies, studying, fashion and traveling. I work part-time ranging from 25-38 hours per week and am a student studying the Bachelor of Design. I am looking to live in either an apartment, townhouse or house with my own bedroom. I would prefer the house to be female only and tenants hopefully around my age with a similar mindset. I’m more than happy to be friends but also have our downtime! Id love it to feel like home rather than a rented out room. I enjoy a clean, fun and comfortable space. I am very bubbly/ friendly and respectful. I don't smoke, party or own pets (though I love cats and dogs) and don't have kids. I would if possible love to have the ability to have a friend over if requested but please note this isn’t often!

I am negotiable on the lease length too!
