Hii everyone! We are a group of 5 female university students in Sydney. We want to move in together in Feb 2027. However, if you have fewer than 5 bedrooms available, we are fine with splitting up, too. We are looking to rent a whole furnished apartment/house rather than separate rooms (we're open to rooms if it's the right fit, so please send anyway). We go to different unis, so we're looking for a central location with great public transport access.

If we are required to split up, we are fine with lease transfers/sharehouses where there are other female roommates. Preferably other students around the same age who are friendly and open to creating a welcoming home environment.

📍 Preferred location: Chatswood, Crows Nest (walking distance to station)
🤔 Other locations: Open to other suburbs with good public transport access, walking distance to metro/train station (Strathfield, Burwood, North Ryde, Epping, CBD etc.)
🛏️ Bedrooms: 2-5 (happy to split up)
🪑 MUST BE FURNISHED
📅 Move-in date: Feb 2027 (possibly end of Jan if needed)
🗓️ Stay: Long-term (at least a year but probably 2+ years)
💰 Budget: Max around $400/bedroom (e.g. $2100 for 5 bed, $1300 for 3 bed, $1700 for 4 bed)
❌ Do not want to live with landlord, couples, children, men
