Hi, we are a married couple from Ireland who previously lived in Australia. We still have permanent residency. We are visiting for 7 weeks in Jan-Feb (til Feb 24/25) for a wedding and time with friends while also working. (Work fields are non-profits/education, and also meditation). We will be spending weekends with friends on the Mornington Peninsula and elsewhere and would love to find a quiet and affordable place to sublet during our stay, ideally near the coast but we are open minded. We are happy to supply Australian/Irish references, provide assurances, and share more info about us. We are very respectful and will ensure your place is well taken care of. We are currently weighing up a variety of options including house swaps, pet sitting, and staying with friends, but the right sublet also appeals.
