Hope life is treating you well 😊
I'm looking for: studio, a granny flat or similar.
I do have room to move in my budget, for the right place.

I have a very stable income working full-time (from home) for 13+ years as a Sales Engineer.
I'm very punctual especially when it comes to paying "bills" on time and I don't mind housework so of course will keep my place tidy and presentable. I'm pretty quiet but that doesn't mean I'm unsociable. I enjoy an occasional beer but certainly don't get "smashed" every night. (A carton would generally last me up to 2 months I guess).
If I'm not working (too much) I'm usually out and about, at the beach etc (I'm active in the beach volleyball community).

I'm currently renting a 2br/2bath unit in Southport in which my current lease expires in July so would have excellent references etc. Been here for about 18mths.

I love pets and if you have one, as I work from home you will have a permanent friend with them while I'm working 😊
I have furniture (lounge, fridge, bed etc) but happy to sell if needed.
Looking for long-term as everyone hates moving, right?
