Hi, I’m moving to Melbourne for the first time and will be arriving on either the 2nd or 9th of August. As it’s a big move, I’m hoping to find a welcoming home where I can settle in, feel the city’s vibe, and be surrounded by good people and a positive environment.

I’m a full-time professional. I work from home most of the time and go into the office once a fortnight/ twice a week ( not confirmed yet).

I’m looking for a single room near the city, ideally in a quiet and clean apartment. My weekly budget is between $200–280 including bills, but I’m flexible for the right place.

I’m a clean, tidy, and respectful person who values both privacy and a friendly home environment. I enjoy my own space and usually like to relax in my room, but I’m always up for a chat or the occasional dinner or outing with housemates.

As I work from home during the day, I’m looking for a quiet, distraction-free environment. Ideally, I’d like to stay for 3 to 6 months in a place that feels like home, shared with no more than 2–3 housemates.
