Hi, I am full time professional working from Pakistan. I work from home and go to the office twice a month.I’m looking for a single quiet occupancy room in and around Rockdale, Hurstville, Arncliffe, Ashfield, Burwood, Strathfield, Homebush area or preferably near city. My weekly budget is up-to $230-250 including bills but I can be flexible. I'm a very clean and tidy person. I like my privacy but would also enjoy a dinner or outing with my flatmate. I am a quiet person and mostly like to stay in my room but always up for a chit chat after a long tiring day. I work from home but go to office once a fortnight. Therefore, during day I want a place where it’s quiet and I can work without any distraction. I love clean tidy apartments and respect privacy of others. I need a place for long term so that I can call it my home and enjoy that feeling. I would like to share the place with 2-3 people only.
