Originally from South America, I made the move to Australia more than a decade ago.
I've just returned from a overseas career break to start a new job. I'm looking for a self-contained unit like a studio or granny flat for 3 to 6 months, but I'm also willing to consider an ensuite in a 2 bedroom unit.
I used to be an Airbnb and long-term accommodation host, and I've lived in shared accommodations before, so I totally understand the importance of being a nice and reasonable tenant. I have work and tenancy references.
