Hi, I've just moved over from NZ, seeking a short-term week by week furnished arrangement any time from now until I can secure permanent accommodation please. On a tight budget and not currently working as I'm putting the finishing touches on a self published book. Can provide a multitude of character references on request. I'm easy going, drama free, warm, kind, respectful, tidy and housetrained. In other words, I clean up after myself, and others without complaining. I have four kids, so I get the drill and no, I've left them behind to fend for themselves ;-) Anything considered from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast region, preferably close to public transport. Full, clean drivers licence but no vehicle at this time. I'm looking to take my entrepreneurial business interests online so I can work from anywhere in the world, but I'll be working on getting my Queensland Real Estate licence, as I sold real estate in Auckland for 8 years, 2 years under my own brand. I'm extroverted, a self starter, motivated and have completed a LOT of personal development over the years, so this makes me personally accountable and responsible for who I am and my journey on this earth, and rent along with bill payments will always be paid on time. LOVE good wine and conversation I consider myself to be a better-than-average cook in the kitchen and don't mind preparing meals for others. I was a hairdresser for 27 years, so home hairdos are on offer as a sweetener. Thanks for the consideration.
