Hey there! I’m reaching out as my current roommates in Brisbane are looking to relocate in mid-August 2025, and I’ll be moving to Brisbane myself on 19 December 2025. We’re hoping to find someone to rent a room short-term until I arrive. We’ve started putting applications in this week for a 5-bedroom, 2–3 bathroom place with a budget of around $250–$300 per week each. We’re not too picky on the exact suburb — just looking for somewhere closer to the city but not right in the middle. Areas like Highgate Hill, West End, Dutton Park, Albion, or Kangaroo Point are on our list. Being near public transport is definitely important as most of the girls work in the city. The house will be made up of 3 girls, one couple, and you’d be the 6th person. Everyone’s aged 23–24, working as lawyers, nurses, and an architect.
