Hi there, We’re Max and Lottie, a couple from England currently living in Brisbane on a Working Holiday Visa, and we’re looking for a comfortable, clean place to rent for approximately six months while we work and explore life in Australia. We have both worked in a kitchen for over 4 years, so we can cook up a great meal! Although this would be our first rental in Australia, and we’re not currently employed, we are both actively seeking work and have sufficient savings to cover rent and living expenses in the meantime. We’re more than happy to provide bank statements and character references to support our application. We’re quiet, respectful, and tidy tenants who take pride in keeping our home clean and well looked after. We don’t smoke, we don’t have pets, and we live a low-key lifestyle — mostly enjoying time outdoors, cooking at home, and relaxing.
