Hi there, I'm Sandra, I'm just moved to Aldinga Beach from Sydney and have a room available for short term stays (potentially long term). The house is really spacious, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (you would have your own bathroom), very close to the beach (about 30 seconds), with two balconies and a decent size backyard. Your room has direct access to the balcony overlooking the beach (and thus gorgeous sunsets over the beach). It is fully furnished with a double bed and a built in robe, and I'll be getting some bedside tables for the room too, so all you need to bring is a suitcase and yourself :) For the layout, the spacious and fully furnished open living, dining and kitchen area is downstairs (together with laundry and seperate WC), whilst the bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. My room is on one side of the house, whilst yours would be on the other - great privacy. Your room has an oceanview and shares a large balcony with the room next to it (my home office). About myself: I'm 39, run my own business working with wineries, originally from Germany but have been living in Sydney for the past almost nine years, moving down to SA to live a slower, more balanced life - so happy to be here, I was tired of the big smoke! I work from home part of the week, the other part I'm out and about and will also be starting a part time job at a winery shortly. I'm social, active, into all things entrepreneurial, like to travel, meet new people, good wine and good food, animals.. On that note: I come as a package deal with my cat Sammy, a fluffy and feisty Norwegian Forest Cat, please be an animal lover. He's good fun, almost like a puppy in cat disguise. I'm looking to share with one working professional between 30-45ish, who's friendly, polite, respectful, tidy and clean, social with good chat and up for sharing some dinner and wine, but also respects "me time". Also a must: must pay rent on time and be reliable. No couples please.
Clare and I are both currently live in Melbourne but are looking for a place to stay whist we are making wine in Mclaren Vale for 2 months. We are both very laid back people and easy to get along with. We will be working long days so will be out of the house quite a lot. Look forward to hearing from you
I love cooking healthy food, I have a beautiful rescue dog who is very loyal and comes every where with me. I enjoy keeping fit, yoga, being outdoors, am creative and like to contribute to making a share house, a home!
I am easy going, clean and homely. I love gardening and yoga and mountain biking is my sport. I moved over from Melbourne in May last year and work here in community mental health in the Fleurieu region part time and also as a consultant in public health/health promotion. I like to have some social time with my flatmate but like my space too. Im not a big tv watcher and like a fair bit of quiet time and it would be ideal if my flatmate was similar. Im most keen for somewhere that I can make my home as well, have some art work around, that kind of thing rather than just living in someone elses house. I also need space for two bikes undercover (they are expensive), preferably a lock up garage but if I have to have them inside its ok.
Peaceful, beautiful community, walking distance to shops, the beach and cafes. surrounded by native flora and fauna. New kitchen, bathtub. Lovely housemates. Room has private entrance, and price is all bills included. No wifi.
Hi, My name is Kaylee and I'll be working in McLaren Vale with my friend, Eileen, during the 2019 Vintage. We are both Americans in our 20s looking to stay in South Australia from February until May.
I am a young, enthusiastic individual who works full time from 8am to 5pm as a junior estimator (civil engineering) on South Terrace, looking for a room to rent. I'm clean, respectful and will pay rent on time - ideally it'd be great to share a house with someone/multiple people who are chilled out, friendly (I'm pretty friendly and enjoy the company of others though don't mind sharing a house with a more private person either and will respect your space if you need it) and also work full-time. I keep fit at the gym and eat well as it's important to me that I keep myself healthy - though I also love sitting down and having a glass of wine with another person. I'm usually away from home most of the weekend doing things, as I have a pretty busy and social life. Would be great to find someone or a group of people similar! The lease is about to end on the house I'm currently living in, and we don't plan on renewing it, hence having to find another place. Shoot me a message if you're interested!
I am 22 years old, I enjoy walking, listening to music, going to the beach, and relaxing. I work full time as a teacher and am passionate about what I do and tend to do a lot of work at home too. I am responsible, friendly, organised, and clean and hope to live with housemates who are the same in that respect. I do like my own space and am quite independent, as much as I also do love socialising and a catch up over a couple drinks or a coffee! Currently live in Seaford, still looking to stay south of Adelaide. Needing to move around Feb/March but can do so and will do so earlier if a good offer comes up! Ideally looking for a place with own bathroom available and a built in wardrobe too but am flexible!! Also, Ideally wanting to live with only females. If you have something that you think will suit me or are looking to team up please text or message me on here to reach out. I know my account is on early bird so feel free to contact me on 0433887631
I work part time running my own online business, and am studying IT right now. I love to cook and am a clean and respectful person. I mostly keep to myself but am very friendly and don't mind the occasional chat. I've lived in the southern suburbs my whole life and love it here so would prefer somewhere in the same area. Unfortunately have to leave my current place as everyone is leaving. I look forward to hearing from you and finding a great new place to live.
I’m clean, I keep to myself, I will tidy up after myself, pay rent every fortnight or the week that it’s required and pay anything that I need to help out with. I’m easy going, well I like to think I am and that’s about it really
Hey! We're two American backpackers working vintage 2019. Landing in Adelaide early February and working through May. We're tidy, chill, and fun girls looking for a home base to explore the area. Cheers!
I'm Dr and stay here for observerships, I'm freindly , clean and tidy and a good cook 😋 , I enjoy socializing with others and mostly study or do observerships at clinic.
I'm a 28 year old professional female, working full time Monday through Friday. I recently moved back to Adelaide and I am looking for somewhere to call home 🏡 also meet new people, I spend my weeknights at the gym or binging Netflix, weekends I tend to be out and about doing things, but love a quiet one in too..
Chilled out guy who loves to spend way too much time on the computer, works a fair bit, stays up too late. Clean and fair with a great sense of humor. I'm a huge PC user and internet junkie, so good internet is required. NBN at fastest speeds available is ideal. Willing to pay for the speed upgrade entirely myself, or even the entire internet in general.
Im knowen for high standards of respect. I love to live in a clean house. I have 2 dogs 1 cat. For all which happily get along. I'm a very easy going person that enjoys company but also loves my space. I'm quite but also can be loud. I don't have many friends and usally. Most of the time I stay to myself. I clean up after myself constantly and I take massive pride in that. I'm a happy person and I'm just looking for somewhere I Can Be myself.
This tasteful house is brand spanking new, and part of the equally new Vista Estate. The house is adjacent to a beautiful landscaped park, with beautiful sea views. We are located a stones throw (if you have a good arm) to Aldi, 24hr Gym and Medical Centre. The stunning Moana Beach is a four minute drive away, and we have all of McLaren Vales amazing cellar doors.....on our doorstep. The Seaford Train station is also an easy one minute drive, or 10 minute walk away. Your fully furnished double room has a walk in robe, so plenty of room for your stuff. Your bathroom is yours, and so is the separate toilet :) You will also have sole use of IT Hub if you wish. Bedding, and towels are provided. All you have to do is bring your clothes. I am happy to share all kitchenware too. There is an alfresco area outside, set up for Summer dining. However, still a work in progress......sorting out the landscaping as I type ; )
