We have beautiful Silver Sands Beach at one end of our street where there's easy surf, swimming, snorkelling, beach walking and sunsets. The other end is Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park where u can walk on sandy trails through the bush with kangaroos and if you're lucky, echidnas. We have good WiFi, an organic veggie garden, lots of decking and an eco friendly, peaceful, fun atmosphere. We're 45 mins from the city of Adelaide, close to public transport, shops and the lovely Willunga Farmer's Market.
We are 2 best friends easy going, friendly, and often working the day in construction
**RENT INCLUDES UTILITIES (NBN AS WELL) - SECOND ROOM AVAILABLE AS STUDY OR LIVING ROOM** Hi there, I'm Sandra, I just moved to Aldinga Beach from Sydney and have a room (or two) available for one person, for stays from 4 weeks to 8 months. The house is really spacious, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (you would have your own bathroom), very close to the beach (about 30 seconds), with two balconies and a decent size backyard. Your room has direct access to the balcony overlooking the beach (and thus gorgeous sunsets over the beach). It is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a built in robe, so all you need to bring is a suitcase and yourself :) For only $45 extra per week, you could even have your very own living room or study, if you wanted a bit of extra space and privacy (comes with a 2.5 seater lounge and coffee table, but these don’t need to stay). For the layout, the spacious and fully furnished open living, dining and kitchen area is downstairs (together with laundry and seperate WC), whilst the bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. My room is on one side of the house, whilst yours (and potentially your own living room) would be on the other - great privacy. Your room has an ocean view and shares a large balcony with the room next to it (my home office). About myself: I'm 40, run my own business working with wineries, originally from Germany but have been living in Sydney for the past almost nine years, moved down to SA to live a slower, more balanced life a year ago. I’m so happy to be here, I was tired of the big smoke! I work from home part of the week, the other part I'm out and about and will also be starting a part time job at a winery shortly. I'm social, active, into all things entrepreneurial, like to travel, meet new people, good wine and good food, animals.. On that note: I come as a package deal with my cat Sammy, a fluffy and feisty Norwegian Forest Cat, please be an animal lover. He's good fun, almost like a puppy in cat disguise. I'm looking to share with one working professional between 25-45ish, who's friendly, polite, respectful, keeping common areas tidy and clean (that’s quite important to me, so if you don’t like to clean up after yourself in the kitchen once you’re done cooking, I don’t think it’s going to work! 🤣), social and friendly with good chat and up for sharing some dinner and wine every once in a while, but also respects each other’s "me time" - It’s simply important to have a good balance between the two. Also important: must be able to pay rent on time, and be reliable. No couples please, sorry.
I love to cook and clean, talk, I'm a bubbly person with a amazing doggo and bunny, I love to listen and help as much as I can, I'm usually quiet and don't really party, so a nice relaxful night is what I look for
A beautiful home in the Aldinga Arts and Ecovillage so you can take part in the community here and share the homegrown produce. This house overlooks a state conservation park that leads down to Port Willunga Beach. It is also in walking distance to Goodness Coffee, Aldi, cafes, yoga school etc. There's Netflix and an air-conditioner in living room that cools the master-bedroom.
Our home is on the farm edge of the Aldinga Arts Eco Village. It is a passive solar home, cool but comfortable in both winter and summer! We have solar hot water, our own rain water tank (so short showers are definitely preferred), and do the best we can with recycling etc. The community life in the village is fantastic, and it really is an amazing place to come home to. We have a medium sized garden, and anyone who joins us here is more than welcome to potter. I currently have some empty but well manured vegetable beds that would love someone who likes to garden to plant out and maintain. Being on the village there is also the opportunity to join in community care for the land around us - we have an orchard right outside our gate, there are communal chooks, goats, and help is always welcome on the farm. There is space to store things if you are between moves in our shed, which is insulated and locked. We also have a safe place to lock and secure bikes. Parking is right outside (not under-cover I am afraid!). We are a 20 minute walk to the beach through the farm and local linear park, 10 minutes drive to the Willunga Farmers Market, have bus stops a short walking distance away. The Seaford train station is 12 minutes up the road and can be accessed by bus from outside of the village. And within walking distance we have the best coffee, local bakery, Singapore street food (Lot 8), Miss Gladys clothes shop and, when you need groceries, Aldi. Your room is medium size, with a king single bed, built in wardrobe, good sized desk with chair and a shelving unit. There is also a loft space which is perfect for extra storage (or meditation!). In the hall just outside I will be making available another cupboard that could be used for storage / organising. The room is bright and airy with a sky-light. You would be sharing a bathroom with my 16 year old son who is neat and tidy. The bathroom is right next to your bedroom. The sink area, bath, and toilet are all separate which makes it pretty easy to share. We have a lovely kitchen which is fully equipped, however if you have favourite utensils you just love to use, no problem. There is plenty of space in the house to spread out - we have a relaxing lounge area downstairs, a smaller lounge upstairs and a lovely deck space. There is no TV in the house, although you would be more than welcome (of course!) to set one up in your room or upstairs if you wanted to.
Hi there. We are a couple of 2 males aged 23 and 26. We are full time tilers who are clean, friendly and respectful. We are looking for a room around Marion and down the coast line, preferably a master bedroom with ensuite, but open to anything.
I am a clean, responsible, house proud lady who is quiet, friendly, courteous. I am respectful of people’s space, and belongings.
The house is situated very close to the beach, so bring on summer! You will have access to your own bathroom and toilet (only sharing the bathroom if I want a bath) and there are seperate living areas so there is plenty of personal space. The backyard has an amazing under cover entertaining area and fruit trees! There is off road parking available and bills are included in the rental price including internet.

COLOURFUL room available ! 出租房 !! 出租房 !!! Chambre à louer !! Raum zu vermieten !! We are hoping to find someone NEAT and considerate of others. Furnishings could stay or go. WE WOULD LOVE A SEASONAL WORKER FROM OS! French , Belgian, German, Taiwanese??? The room can be furnished or the furnishings could vanish. You would be sharing with myself, my son (26) . We ideally want a single person that doesn't have a partner having 'sleepovers' regularly as that is basically two people and one rent. We are all considerate of costs and the environment. The location is great if you like wineries. Also 9klms to the beach at Aldinga if you like the beach :) Also its about 600 metres to the Farmer's market and Willunga shops, post office and the library (for book nerds like me) So the location is great. We do have aircon but don't go nuts using it all summer as it's expensive and tend to only use it at night on those horrible over 30 nights. One thing that is great, if you work full time and actually need to sleep at night, is that we all are quiet by ten thirty or so. So while three people here are in their 20's it is not a party household. The house suits early morning people, workers, students or anyone who likes to sleep at night time because they have a busy life. We have one very shy cat who unfortunately HATES ALL OTHER ANIMALS. So I'm sorry we just can't welcome pets as she will shred them. Despite her demure little nature she is a Godzilla with other cats or dogs. We also have a lot of sheds and off street parking space if that's useful. Contact me if you have any questions... *I have also included a photo of a large studio workshop which is a negotiable second rental space if you fancy a large studio to be creative in, do yoga ????????? Or if anyone just wants to rent the studio space I'm open to ideas.
I'm easy to get along with always cleaning up after myself doing my part. I'm currently with a job network looking for a full time job. I get along well with most people, although mostly keep to myself but will conversate often, i Am head strong and mature so I shouldn't be a hassle. But i do smoke.
My name is Jasmine but I am doing this as I am helping look for accommodation for a very good friend of mine. Her name is Heidi. she is 26. A very Friendly and approachable person loves a good laugh and chat. She does like her her time and will sometimes come and go throughout a day but she has respect of others she accommodates with so noise won't be an issue. She keeps her things in a neat and tidy manner from what I have seen and does her share of housework. She's Currently out of work but I know she is always looking and applying for jobs when ever she can but that doesn't affect her rental payments or bill payments at all.
