Hi I'm Johnny, I'm a strategy manager at a digital agency for work. Some weeknights I attend classes or go for a swim and others I like to wind down with a cup of tea and a chat or netflix binge together. Weekends I'm equally comfortable doing home-body stuff or getting out and exploring! I enjoy playing some guitar and also recently started doing more cooking.
23yo full time worker in healthcare. Interests include outdoors, gym, golf and getting out and about. Not home a whole lot, but when I am would like to live with someone I can have a good time with. I'm looking for a place with people who make it feel like a home, not just an in and out motel. So If you think we'd be a good fit and want to team up or if you've already got a spare room, shoot me a message.
A great little room in a great location, facing a quiet tree-lined street and close to all amenities in Station Street Fairfield. The first-storey flat has a pleasant, light-filled sunny lounge, a good kitchen and laundry facilities. It is carpeted throughout and the room has BIRs. It is very close to public transport: less than five minutes' walk to Alphington Station and less than ten from Fairfield Station. There are bus lines even closer in Grange Road and Heidelberg Road. Smoking outside is OK. Not the height of luxury, but homely, comfortable, very convenient and definitely worth a look.
Looking for a mature age person /couple (over 30 yrs) who is independent but happy to share at times. I'd prefer to live with someone who works fulltime, who is independent, but also happy to relax and chat over a meal or a cuppa from time to time. I'm easy going and very used to sharing with people of all ages. Beautiful architecturally designed 2 bedroom/3 living space house in Alphington. The room for rent has its own bathroom, is furnished with lots of cupboard space. The house is modern and open plan, with lots of northern light. Lovely courtyard garden with veg garden and bbq. Easy 3 min walk to shops/cafe, train and bus. 15min to city, 5 min drive to High St Northcote, cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs. Local cafe and Darebin parklands around the corner. The room is available now although I am flexible with the move date.
This is a surprisingly spacious home with a lovely feel. It's a large two bedroom house with attic in leafy Alphington (Fairfield). It's on a tree-lined street that leads down to the Yarra, and is right near Yarra Bend Park and the Fairfield boathouse. The train station and nearby shops are a 10 minute walk, and it's 50 metres to a cafe and bus stop. This house is a private rental but isn't just a house, it's a home. I'm looking for someone to share it who would like to make it their home too. I like to live in a home environment that is tranquil, but it doesn't mean I'm averse to a good time here and there. It's also home to my 12 year old sweetheart cat, Honey. This house has ducted heating, air con in the living areas, fast cable broadband, two bathrooms, huge undercover verandah with French doors, large living/dining/kitchen area and a large seperate lounge room. There is also a huge attic for storage and for house guests, lock up shed, undercover carport, back and front yards, gas hot plates, security alarm and dishwasher. The bedroom available is a large size and it has plenty of room for a queen size bed, bookshelves, wardrobe and other furniture. It also has really good windows and an outdoor blind, and it can come with a wooden wardrobe if you wish. Lovely private landlord, rent is $1032 a month. Bills are extra - water, gas, electricity, internet.
I'm a professional in my mid-20s looking for a place to share with likeminded people. I'm usually fairly busy with work and won't be home a whole lot, but am looking for a casual environment with people that respect privacy but also enjoy a chat every now and then. I also play music occasionally (violin and keys) so would need someone who can tolerate my tinkling! I'm fairly neat and tidy and am looking for a place where everyone tidies up after themselves. I'm pretty organised and always prompt with bill paying!
Large apartment on Grange Road in Alphington, with three bedrooms, large open living space with balcony, and bathroom with bath, double sink and laundry cupboard. Hey guys! I am from Mumbai, India and will be studying information technology at the University of Melbourne this July. I am looking for a furnished private room in a share house. I have been living in a hostel for the past 4 years and am very comfortable sharing an apartment with others. I am excited to meet people from all over the world and get a chance to learn about their culture. I am an animal lover and a vegan, however, have no problems with you having non-vegetarian food at the apartment. I love to read non-fiction, listen to jazz and am always up for a cold beer.

Overall, I'm a very enthusiastic individual who loves life, loves a chat and also loves good food :) I work full time Monday to Friday as a safety advisor in the rail industry. I may need to do some shift work later in the year but it won't be for more than a few weeks at a time. My hobbies are hiking, mountain biking and powerlifting, so generally that keeps me very busy over the weekends as well.

Hi there! My name is Grace and I'm currently looking for a warm and friendly home! I'm 24, currently working part time as a nurse and studying part time doing my postgraduate of emergency nursing. I'm vegan, absolutely love to cook. Current Crossfit addict. Keep mostly to myself, prefer to socialise with friend outside of home and thoroughly enjoy the quieter things in life. I'm super clean. Respect that a house is shared and needs to be well cared for.
Just about to finish my Master of Science at UniMelb and start a full-time sciencey job. Half Kiwi, Half English, former ski instructor, avid SCUBA diver and part-time cyclist. I occasionally dabble in rebuilding old motorcycles. I'm easy to get along with, pretty chilled, not looking for anywhere that parties too much, but also don't wanna live in a place where no one talks to one another and spends 99% of their time in their rooms. I am well house trained, been living in share houses for about 6+ years now. I clean up after myself, am respectful of other people's personal space and such. Things I'm bad at but wish I was good at: Sailing Hiking Snowboarding Aussie slang (getting better) Message me back if you feel like I'd be a good fit in your share house! Bonus flat mate points: I can teach you to ski Can make pasta from scratch Have a scooter and can pick up food we order in a flash! haha.
Hi ya, We are looking for a new housemate to share a lovely quiet leafy corner of Alphington with us. An unfurnished room will be available mid july. The Darebin parklands/bike trails are accessed from the end of our tree lined street and the city is only a short distance away(under 10km). We are pretty tidy little campers and would prefer the same in a new housemate, a fair and equitable division of labour keeps everybody happy, and if the house gets a once over each week it is very easy to maintain appearances and living standards! :) There is quite a large backyard and we have been prepping the soil for a veggie patch or two, so it would be lovely to have someone around who enjoys getting into the garden every now and then. Its not difficult to maintain, but y'know what they say...'many hands make light work'. I'm Katie, I have a studio space in the garage where i work from home building my design based business. This means i'm around a fair bit, but the shed is almost like a second home to me and there's room to share if you also like to tinker. I also work for a local jeweller on tuesdays and fridays so i have a chance to get away from the home workshop! I like to think I'm pretty unobtrusive and easy to get along with. I enjoy a nice meal and a cider during the week or a rum and ginger beer to celebrate friday, but I'm no party animal! I prefer to catch up with friends over a cuppa (i make a pretty mean pot of chai) and cards/backgammon during the week or maybe watch something on the telly to unwind. I sing and love music and the arts so if you're a creative, you've found a friend :) I also love puns and dad jokes…you've been forewarned! Patrick is the second housemate, working three days a week in community radio fundraising and studying the rest of the time. Very healthy and a nifty cook to boot, and dedicated to getting a productive garden up and running in the near future! If this sounds like the kinda place and people you could dig, please get in touch. Cheers, Katie and Patrick sunroom at rear of house large lawned secure backyard large garage

I have just been accepted to La Trobe for a masters in professional archaeology. I love to read, watch tv and get amongst the great outdoors occasionally. I enjoy hanging out and sharing a meal but I am also respectful of personal space.

I'm Australian by birth and for most of my career, I've worked in politics, government and media. I've recently had a sabbatical to complete a Juris Doctor and am thinking of a PhD next year. I'm divorced as well, but that was long ago. I have no kids and no hassles. I've just started looking for a new place to live as the owners here are moving back in. So I'm looking for an unfurnished room to myself. Ideally with no more than two others in house/apartment. Close to train. Non-smoker, male, late forties but with a full head of hair. If you'd like to meet me and show me the room, please drop me a line.
Comfortable, functional quiet house with bike track, parks and transport very close. House is furnished with 2 living areas so would suit craft/art/writing/sketching sort of people . Otherwise just another space to be. The best thing is we have the room to move around easily in a large space. Yard has outdoor furniture and barbecue. Garden offers opportunities for veg patches.Flatmates both work/study full-time and lead independent lives. Any age welcome.
