Hi there :) I am a professional Industrial Designer working full-time looking for a nice place to relax after work. I love going for brunch (my fav meal) on a weekend morning, road trips, bike rides, meeting up with friends, enjoying the local festivals beautiful Melbourne has to offer and going out for coffee and a nice chat. I am clean and tudy and very respectful with other's space/lives. My interest are design, tennis, nature and many more! but let's keep it simple here. I'd love to hear from you future flatmate! ;)
Hi all! My names Corey and I am young professional working in the logistics industry. I've recently moved to Melbourne from Sydney to escape the high rent and traffic to start a new life in Melbourne. I am extremely approachable, social, outgoing and fun (I'd like to think) I am looking for somewhere to call home for 3 months or so while I set myself up and get my own home.
I am down to earth ,easy going guy looking for similar minds
3 master rooms in a free standing townhouse. One of the room is available for rent. Nice living room and dinning area. Close to bus and train stop. Only 10km from CBD. Easy drive to freeway. Fully furnished with furniture. Fully equipped kitchen.
I'm 33, work full time in Richmond for a digital marketing agency, easy going, responsible, clean, tidy, good with all people, have experience with share house living and have been in a long term relationship (house trained bloke). Always up for a chat, respectful of privacy and happy to help whenever you need. Can give references if required. Love my job and being back in Melbourne, don't mind being a chauffeur if you need a lift from time to time. Switch between outdoors and indoors type, so much of Victoria to explore - love a good day trip or weekend road trip, bit of a film geek and useless trivia connoisseur and I don't mind altering my cooking style for vegan appetites. Keen to start the new year in a new spot but ready to move early - mid Nov.
Good sized room with your OWN private bathroom (shower/sink/toilet/bathtub), full size closet, in a nice, clean (almost new) house with garage & back yard. - Plenty of room for storage of bikes & misc. in garage - Central heat/air conditioning - It's a 3 bedroom house with 3 full bathrooms, plus an additional guest toilet/sink - Laundry (existing tenant has washing machine) - There is parking in the driveway that can be shared between the 3 of us; plus easy street parking right out front The room is unfurnished, but the the rest of the house is 95% furnished with appliances; we'll just need a new couch at some point in the next month or so as a previous tenant left one behind until it gets sold. Otherwise most everything is in place. Location is great...about a 6 minute drive to the beach, 5 minutes to the freeway, and 6-7 minutes to the Newport train station. Woolworths is about a 6 minute walk, Aldi just around the corner, so maybe 4-5 minutes. 3 minute walk to an express bus that goes right into the City (usually about a 20 minute ride, off-peak) $768 per month + bills $753 bond. Rent is paid monthly through an agency, so $768 + $753 Bond to move in on the 25th of November.
I am extremely considerate of others and always mindful of another's personal space as I value my own personal space and quiet time immensely. As a mature, reliable, friendly and open minded woman in my 50's, I am currently semi-retired with a Personal Investment Portfolio, and I do occasional temp work in the Health or Community Services Sectors. Over the past 6 months I have been living in and taking care of an apartment in Ascot Vale for a woman who went to live in Israel. She is back now, hence my need to move on. Prior to moving into Ascot Vale I traveled and wrote for 12 months. I am co-author in a book due to be launched next year. Seeking a place to call home now so would prefer something long term. I love animals - especially cats. My interests include getting to the gym 3 times a week, meditation. personal development, energy healing (Reiki & Access Bars), listening to music and singing, Please feel free to ask any questions at all. As I value clear communication and transparency you can expect 100% honesty at all times, and I expect the same in return.
I'm 21 years old, I've just completed my second year of Uni studying a bachelor of Youth Work, at Footscray Park. I'm a clean, easy going person if there's any issues just let me know! :) I'm employed casually in Altona North, however, as I have just finished my second year studying, I work full time hours.

Hi there! I am currently living in Adelaide, moving to Melbourne in Mid February 2019 to pursue a manufacturing engineering career. I will be working in Spotswood Mon-Fri, but I may disappear from time to time for work travel. I am particularly interested in teaming up with a fellow young full-time worker and getting a lease on a townhouse (500-600pw split between two). Non-negotiables: - Private bedroom - Parking option for large 4wd (Can be in a garage or on kerb) - Not a (frequent) party house Preferred: - Own/Ensuite Bathroom I don't drink much or often, however I was a cocktail bartender for 2+ years so I know my way around a bar and would gladly show my wares for pre-drinks or special occasions. I generally cook all my lunches and some dinners on a Sunday afternoon for the week; I am quite routine based and value exercise and positive people. I keep clean shared spaces and would expect the same from my housemates. While I am often up for a chat after work over dinner, I don't force the issue and I respect the privacy of others. I love all cats, and like dogs, so long as they don't sit on my belongings.
This house is 10 minutes from lovely Altona Beach, close to West Gate freeway entrance, public transport accessible and great proximity to a variety of shops/amenities. Close to Footscray, Seddon, Yarraville, Williamstown and only 50 minutes to Geelong on the freeway. Great sized room with huge BIR available. Awesome rear entertaining area with minimal maintenance. Lawn mowing included in rent.

Hi my name is Stacey I'm 26, I'm in aged care nursing, so I do shift work. Would prefer something quite but open to move around and not be confined to a bedroom, not really looking for a party house but I do like to partake in a night out or a bottle of wine. I work often and am always trying to further my studies. I do enjoy to cook alot so having a decent area to do so would be highly desirable for me. I'm pretty open to most people and only hope that my roommates might share similar ethics and general respect for the house hold. If possible I would prefer a house with out door pets if there's is pets I'm very animal friendly but prefer not cleaning furr out of my clothes all the time. Looking forward to hearing back. Thanks
