House-proud, clean, social, respectful, communal furniture, team ups only. discussed in more depth below. Hi All, I'm Andrew, A 29 year old Disability Support worker. I value friendly, courteous, mature people who are proactive in self development and considering others and the environment around them. I am very house proud and reflect this within my ideals of cleanliness, which is centred around the idea that we clean up after ourselves in communal areas after use and maintain our home and furnishings to a high standard to reflect how proud we are of our home. Living within the home I respect my fellow housemates by doing my best not to disturb them while sleeping or relaxing. I enjoy time together in communal areas as much as time to myself in my room, whether it be sharing dinner together, playing a boardgame or simply having a chat while we occupy the same space. I enjoy sharing the good and bad parts of our days and offering each other inside from a third person perspective. I consider housemates as family. I'm looking to start a home home with people who are like minded and encapsulate the above. My hobbies within our home would be playing video games, cooking, gardening, completing handyman task, the occasional dinner party or board games and relaxing on my bed. My leisure pursuits outside the home usually consist of Cultural events, visiting friends to play video games or watch movies/tv shows, lasertag, assisting friends with renovations, camping, going to the beach and a range of other random activities. My work as a Disability and Aged Care Support Worker sees me working weekdays and weekends assisting people to develop and maintain a value of life they aim to achieve. This involves me cooking or cleaning for people, assisting them to access the community or teaching them skills to live their lives as independently as possible. I have all the basic furniture and appliances to furnish a house. This includes an l-shaped grey couch, a hexagon shaped table, rugs, a large one door fridge, upright freezer, large front loader washing machine, tv and more. Most of these are only a year old. Thank you for reading my profile and feel free to send me mail if you think we reflect similar values and could create a great home together.
Soon to be moving out of this amazing townhouse and looking for someone to take over my room ASAP. This room is approx $170 per week excluding bills and $600 for bond. Room comes with full floor to ceiling mirror/wardrobe. Looking for someone who either has furniture or is willing to buy furniture with other housemates as all the furniture is mine and will be taken when I move. Otherwise if you are ok with having an empty lounge/dinning area, thats cool too. You would share the bathroom with 1 housemate. Close to bus line and is 5 minutes from newport station (via car). Close to supermarkets and shopping centres. off road and on road parking. Very safe neighbourhood. And if you are a animal lover, we live across the road from a dog park so you can see all the cute animals around. We are a pet friendly house but its subject to agent/landlord approval. The courtyard is small though so personally don't think its suitable for pets. PM me if you are interested. Only looking for long term stayers. Hoping to get someone approved and moved in by the end of next week :)
Close to the city, our home is situated in a quiet and welcoming neighbourhood in Altona North, Melbourne. It takes approximately 20 minutes to get into the city by car or by train. Coles is just a 5-minute walk away as are gyms, banks, clothing boutiques, home ware stores, the post office and various cafes and restaurants. The home is a 10 min drive to williamstown and williamstown beach. Williamstown is an ideal hub as it is conveniently situated near to the city, yet offers a serene, communal atmosphere that promotes a healthy and active lifestyle, employment opportunities, and has a very supportive local network of outgoing and pleasant people. The two rooms on offer are both similar in size, one of which has a wardrobe provided. Both rooms have timber floors and large windows that provide ample lighting. The bathrooms are clean, functional and spacious and our kitchen has everything that is required. Our home is equipped with facilities such as central heating/aircon, as well as fast connecting cable internet to help make your stay a comfortable one.

Hi, Kiwi/Japanese working in Hoppers. Non smoker, tidy, mature. Go to gym, live pretty healthy and clean. Need a quiet house and want to live with people who live by a Aussie or Kiwi culture. Prefer living with guys, (I'm straight). Rather no pets. I respect other people's privacy and quiet time so hope for the same, but am always open to communication. Gorgeous, open and light filled, modern home. No waiting for the toilet in this house - there's one each! Fully furnished and decorated home with all the little luxuries. Low maintenance courtyard and room to store in garage. Beautiful dark polished floors throughout and a well appointed kitchen. Powder room off the laundry and separate toilet to the upstairs bathroom. Large rooms with built in robes and plenty of extra storage in linen cupboards and laundry. Sorry we can't accept other pets/dogs as the owner is unwilling.
My name is Jennifer and I'm 21 and currently studying a Bachelor of Science at Melbourne uni. I consider myself a friendly, bubbly person, and I'd love to have housemates I can have the occasional glass of wine and chat with. I'm vegetarian, but totally cool living with people who are or aren't. My current house is getting renovated in December, so now looking for somewhere else to move to :) Happy to team up with anyone looking in similar (or even different!) areas Feel free to ask if you have any other questions
This two-storey townhouse is only 3 years old. It's very clean and spacious throughout. The available room is large with one wall of built in cupboards, so plenty of storage. It has a large balcony (shared) attached to it. It has views of an oval across the road which is nice to sit on and watch the footy or cricket. It also has it's own heater/airconditioner. The room is not furnished but the rest of the house has everything. The main bathroom is big and spacious and is all yours. The downstairs is open plan with a large kitchen. I'm looking for someone who works full time, very clean and tidy, and likes to go out at times and not just be a home body. There is cable internet, fetch TV and Netflix, which the cost will be shared and not part of the rent. Electricity, gas and water are also seperate.

Currently finishing off my year 12 exams and working part time. My family is moving interstate but I've decided to stay in Melbourne for Uni. My preferred length of stay could vary.... I've applied for ADFA so if I'm accepted could be heading off in Jan/July depending on intakes. So if you're flexible with this that would be great. A bit about me: I keep my spaces tidy and when I'm not working or studying just tend to hibernate. I play a bit of guitar and keep myself fit and healthy. I'm friendly and can spark up and hold conversations about anything.. I generally just like talking haha I've always paid my rent on time and love to cook. I don't smoke and don't have any pets.

I am an organized, respectful and neat person. Easy going, hardworking and honest. I'm looking for room near My work in Point Cook or intermediate points between Williams landing and southern cross preferably near to train stations. Regards
