Hi, we are a couple in our twenties, looking for a place to live! We are looking to move early August, when our current lease is up - not before. Both working full-time (between Melbourne & Geelong). Easy-going, tidy, love a Netflix sesh and a few drinks on the weekends. Cannot live with cats or smokers, due to allergies and asthma. Interested in both rooms in share houses, or someone to team up and find a new place together, so feel free to message us :)
I am an easy going, clean and relaxed person. I am hard working and occasionally like to enjoy a nice glass of wine at the end of a long week. I am social, always up for a chat, but also respect your personal space and privacy. I am a relatively good cook (I know how to make a mean BBQ and awesome deserts) and I always ensure to clean up after myself. I am a young professional and work full-time, and sometimes long hours so am not home during the day. On weekends I like to go out and discover the city or new places to eat. I admit, I am a bit of a foodie. I am moving to Melbourne at the beginning of June for work and am looking for some awesome housemates. I am not too fussed as to where I live, so long as it is West of the CBD (to be closer to friends), I am within walking distance of a train station and it doesn't take more than 40 minutes to get to work in the CBD.

I am very tidy and respectful of others and very laid back, non judgemental and easy to get along with. I am a health ans fitness fanatic but I do enjoy a social drink on my days off. I love being outdoors and I love getting out on my SUP board, seeing live music and sharing good food and wine and good times. I will be working very long and varied hours and I spend a lot of time at the gym or out and about so I wont be a piece of the furniture at home but I'd still hope to be social with my housemate (s) where possible. Hoping to find some chilled out shiny happy people to live with. 😊

I am living in a two bedroom unit/small townhouse in Brooklyn. You will get your own unfurnished bedroom which is roughly 3mx3m with a shared bathroom. The common areas are fully furnished. I have attached the plans of the unit and some photos I've taken of the development of the property. Internet and Foxtel bills will be covered by myself. Bills to be split will be water, electricity and gas. I'll take care of anything else (rates, body corp etc...). The property is perfect for anybody working in the city as Footscray station is about 5 minutes away and it's only a 10 minute drive to the city (on the West Gate Freeway). My partner will be living with me shortly and would prefer to get somebody who lives quite a busy lifestyle. If you work long hours, go away for work, normally out on the weekends etc. then you would be perfect for this listing. I have lowered the rent in order to attract somebody who won't be spending too much time lounging around the common areas of the house. As the house is only 2 bedrooms, it would be quite tight to have 3 people living in the common areas on a consistent basis.
Suits singles, couples, 2 friends. I am moving out so looking for someone to take over the lease. **please be aware some of the furniture shown in the photos I will be taking with me when I leave** You will be sharing the house with one other housemate, Geoff. He has the master bedroom. You will have the other three bedrooms to yourself to use however you like plus your own bathroom. Suits singles, couples, 2 friends etc. Located on a quiet street, close to freeway and just 10km from the CBD. Very close to bus route which goes to Newport station. It's a large house so you will have lots of space to yourself. Large lounge room with open fireplace. Large kitchen with dishwasher. Plenty of room for any furniture you want to bring. Plenty of room for parking including undercover carport. Rent is $250pw, plus shared bills. Move in date is flexible. I will be leaving in early June, but if you need to move in earlier that's no problem.
I work full time on a weekend roster (Thursday - Monday). I like to play video games and walk my dog in my spare time, I am shy in groups but friendly and easy to talk to. My dog is an English Staffordshire Terrier cross Jack Russel, he is well trained and very playful. I always clean up after myself and my dog. Prefer to have my dog inside as a part of the household but he has been a backyard dog before.
Hi everyone! I am a 24 year old Kiwi who has been living in Melbourne for 6 months, and Australia for just over a year. I am a clean and tidy person I always make an effort to clean up after myself as soon as I can, especially in communal areas. I always make sure to do my share of the housework, you may even say I can be a bit of a clean freak sometimes. I am also an open and bubbly person who enjoys living in places that are somewhat social like maybe enjoy the odd drink together, but I am not looking for anywhere that would consider themselves to be a party house. I am looking for somewhere to live and be able to move in by the 01/06/17 I am currently working full time in the CBD, and I am hoping to find somewhere relatively cheap but I am trying to be a bit realistic. I would also like to find a room that is somewhat furnished as I don't have any of my own furniture. I also don't mind doing shared cooking, but I am also happy to keep this separate as well. Please no shared rooms I really do enjoy having my own space, so I am looking for my own room. I love animals so if you have any pets I will love them like my own haha, I really don't mind what kind of pet they are. Please feel free to message me and ask any further questions you may have. Thanks heaps, Rose

I also receive the pension from Centrelink so I am reliable with rent and bills. I'm easy going, respectful of others and friendly. I also am clean and tidy. My hobbies are listening to music, dancing, going out with friends, good food and I love nature, animals and spirituality. Im social but also respectful and enjoy some peace and quiet at home. I hope to find someone I am compatible with and share some interests with, just basically someone mutually respective and clean and easy going and down to earth.
*Also keen to team-up with people to look for a place in the western suburbs too. Send me a message if you're in the same boat and think we'd get along!* Hello future housemates, anyone got a room for me? Looking for a fun / creative / environmentally-conscious / awesome sharehouse on the west side of the city (so Footscray, Yarraville and neighbouring suburbs). WHO AM I? Greetings, I’m Evie (22)! I’m a hopeless Taswegian at heart, but have got quite used to this trendy Melbourne lifestyle over the last few years living in Brunswick. I’m studying post-grad veterinary in Werribee (big thumbs up for a place with animals!) so am pretty busy during the week. On the weekends I love getting outdoors – be it climbing, kayaking, hiking or just sitting somewhere painting or reading. I work part time at a climbing gym and occasionally take a dog for a walk (and for some reason they pay me too!). I dabble in all kinds of other random hobbies with varying competency. I’m an optimistic person and the general consensus is that I am quite nice. WHO ARE YOU? I love living with people, not merely coexisting. To me, that means laughs, adventures, shared meals and friendship. I care about the environment and would love to live with other people that do too (I’m 99% vego btw). My ideal place would be in the west, a house with a backyard, $100-200 a week, non-smoking, 3-6 people, and some sunshine. MOVE-IN As soon as possible!!
Hi I am Damien 37 from Tassie, I work as an early child hood educator and after school carer but looking to get into teachers aide work while I work on my passion of writing pun jokes. Anything else you would like to know feel free to ask.
Hey all! Just looking for a place to stay as I have relocated to Victoria for work. Am very house trained to point I actually enjoy cleaning up and being neat and tidy. Will respect everyone's space but just as keen for a chat and a bit of banter. Am a very active individual; morning runs and most likely spending my weekends away surfing. Looking for a place to stay with good company in the Melbourne west area for easy commute to work. I am a physiotherapist so you may end up a guinea pig at some point :D
Im pretty quiet and laid back. I work as a concreter so when i get home every day around 4pm i love to chill, eat dinner, watch some TV then im in bed quite early. I love animals. Im very tidy and for some reason love doing the dishes lol. I love sleeping in on weekends and dont go out much. I dislike drama and annoying people. I only have bedroom furniture, barely any crockery/pots/cutlery etc. so a fully fitted out place with a vacant bedroom is ideal. Would prefer to stay in a place for at least 12 months but thats negotiable. Im responsible with my money and can pay bills/rent on time and i expect the same from my housemates. Peace
