I’m a Sparky that specialises in Medical equipment so most of my days are spent out on the road and at client locations on service jobs. When I’m not working, I’m into brewing (especially Mead), Music, Gigs, and anything by Wes Anderson. I’m also keen to dive into Bouldering / Climbing - So if you know of any great Gyms / Outdoor spots, Let me know! I’m looking for a place with good vibes, friendly housemates, and a solid location to start exploring Melbourne. While I’m usually out during the day, I love winding down with a chat or watching something fun on TV - Or just recharging solo when needed. I’ve lived in share houses for most of my Adult life and much prefer living with others. I value being social with my housemates, and would love to find a place where we can genuinely get along and maybe even become friends! I’m T (they/them, 27) – I work full-time in tertiary student support, looking for a cosy, neurodivergent friendly, queer home in the inner north (ideally Brunswick, Fitzroy North, Northcote etc.). I am a movie lover and, when I’m not catching up with friends or resting on my days off, I’m usually at the cinema. Joining me wherever I go will be Pickle, my little indoor cat (she/her, 3). Hello! I'm Alex, and am looking to assemble a rag-tag posse to establish a very healthy, mature, homely house share. I'm an introverted but seasoned share-house veteran, have anxious politeness being the majority of the fabric of my identity and am fretfully well domesticated! I'm a total nerd, I currently work at a not-for-profit (hybrid) and outside of that try to stay busy socialising, attempting to stay active, as well as never-ending culinary practice (I am obsessed with food and fresh produce; from growing my own vegetables/herbs or making my own wine/beer/kombucha, and sharing with people close to me!) I am quite a clean freak however, and am well practiced at anxiously panic-cleaning. I play guitar (very quietly and from the confines of solitude,) and veraciously read, and am always down for a little chat or gossip, or dinner party (see above food-obsession.) I absolutely don't mind the occasional non-dinner-party, but am more inclined for the quiet/intimate as opposed to raucous and explosive (with occasional exceptions!) I'm pretty well equipped, I've got most whitegoods, a relatively equipped kitchen (a good coffee machine, a gelato machine + the know-how to use it.) and a fair bit of furniture! Most importantly, I am about peace and quiet, and having a place where we all have our own lives, but get along and can have some form of friendly community atmosphere. I'm not in a rush and want to be methodical in my search, prioritizing good progressive humans with a high EQ and similar values; if you fit the bill and think we'd be a good fit I'd love to hear from you!
