I was born and raised in Melbourne South Eastern suburbs. I moved to Melbourne CBD 6years ago were I was renting a nice 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor overlooking Albert Park Lake. The only reason I decided to move out off this apartment is the rent has shy rocked and can't justify paying that much rent. My lease ends on the 28th June 2025 and this is when I will be looking to start renting a bedroom for the minimum of 1 year. I have a small French bulldog his name is Buddy. I perchanced him during the Covid19 lockdowns in Melbourne and spent 1 1/2 years training him. I was one of those people that couldn't work during Covid19 but I was receiving Job keeper as a Sole Trader. So my little Buddy is very well trained as he never left my side during those 1 1/2 years he's very quiet and has never chewed on anything that isn't his toys he's toilet trained and always goes to the toilet on his mat on the balcony. He also is not a barkey dog only when he hears noises if I'm with him. So I'm looking for someone that is pet friendly as I couldn't bear to be apart from my little Buddy. I work full time as a rideshare driver for Uber and Didi witch I start doing because of the lock downs in Melbourne as when i turned 50 i was looking for a full time job that I could easily do and was easier on my body into my retirement. So an off street parking spot for my car is high on my list as well as I brought a brand new 2021 Toyota Camery Hybrid witch I maintain very well. I'm a very clean and very organised person and my main focus is on work and saving for my own property so I work long hours during the week days I work the normal hours during the fay but on weekends I work into the early hours of the morning.
