Hey there! On the hunt for a new place to call home, ideally looking someplace longer term. Keen to buddy up with one other person I’m a dog mum! I have an 7 year old Australian bulldog whom will live with me. This little potato loves nothing more than eating and sleeping. She is calm and gentle little lady. Very well-behaved and fully trained — she’s quiet, non-reactive, doesn’t bark. A true couch companion who causes no disruption; So you my new friend(s) have to be an animal lover. I take great pride in my appearance and my home, so cleanliness is not a concern. I love hiking, beach is life and I go camping whenever I get the chance - happiest out in nature. I hit the gym pretty hard to balance my love for wine and cheese! Would prefer someone who’s also leading an active lifestyle and preferably not a smoker. Also, I’m looking to team up with someone who’s after a homey vibe rather than just a place to stay. Nice spacious apartment with a balcony and car park (depending on location),We don’t have to be BBF, but it would be nice to share the space with someone who values creating a warm, cozy atmosphere! I'm super tidy, respectful, and trustworthy. My crazy party days are behind me (mostly because it now takes half a week to recover from a night out!), but I’m still fun-loving and never say no to an adventure. I was born and raised in Latvia, but I consider myself a Londoner, having lived there for 13 years. Australia stole my heart 10 years ago, and I’m now a proud Australian citizen I work full time in Brisbane CBD with occasional WFH as and when needed. I am looking to find somebody to get a rental with, I am renting on my own currently and my lease is about to end. Ideally I am looking for somebody to get a 12 month lease with, I want to get to meet this person a few times first to ensure we get along well so that living together and on the lease together will make things a lot easier and less issues to arise. I am looking for a place around all areas - Logan, Gold Coast, city. I am very open to areas as long as close to highways for work etc. About myself - I am 30 years old and have an almost 4 year old daughter. I have 50/50 share arrangements so one week she is with me and the other week she is at her dad’s. We are both super easy going and keep to ourselves but we both enjoy company from time to time. Life for us is - gym, work, daycare, beach, outdoors, indoors cleaning and doing some random home stuff etc 🤷🏼♀️. I also have a quiet but very loving and extroverted Fluffy dachshund.. he just lives to love people and other animals. So I’m not fully against other dogs if the property allows the space for it but I don’t want a dog that barks a lot or is bad with children as I do have a child. I have 2 indoor cats who occasionally chill in the back yard but I do prefer them indoors at all times but they are pretty chill and well behaved so they tend to just lay on my grass or gardens sun baking. I’m looking for a 4-5 bedroom home, a room for my daughter, a room for my sewing/craft extra stuff (unless there is a study in the house) and a room(preferably master but would sacrifice the space for the right person 😂) and then either a room or two for the person who moves in. 2+ bathrooms, decent sized house ideally.
