A stylish Art Deco house, this is a very warm and welcoming space, lots of exposed wood, plenty of room and comfortable. Also it is a 2 minute walk from the Coles Sussex Road supermarket and other shops like Bunnings and Harvey Norman so shopping is very easy. Some storage is available in the back shed. Sydney road trams, trains and other shops are a ten minute walk away. It is quiet but if you want it, all of Melbourne is around the corner.
Hi we have only 6 weeks till mid March left on our lease so SHORT TERM only! Large light bedroom with good storage, north facing, simply furnished or unfurnished. The house is large, light and clean. It has 2 lounges, nice outdoor garden spaces. Looking for a creative responsible person who cleans up after themselves. The house is furnished and no shoes in the house please. To share with 2 others, Rachel and Roozbeh, both working. It is a great location between the tram and trainlines, 3 min walk to main Coburg shops. Street parking.
G'Day, For share, is a large room on the bottom floor at an amazing townhouse at the pentridge village, coburg. It is a large 80m2 bedroom on the ground floor and is available for rent asap. The room has its own W/C and is accessible independently from outside, has split AC/Heating, storage space under the stairs, ample lighting during the day and some furniture that is included in the rental. We like to occasionally have a chat and a coffee in the kitchen and sometimes share a meal together. Though we're not adamant on doing anything collectively if that suits. The house is fully equipped with all creature comforts, is a stones throw away from coburg shops, train and trams. It is suited for singles and couples alike, currently we have a good mix of both in the house. For more information please contact us.
Hello everyone! We have 1 room available on February 5. We are preferably looking for a female who is looking for long term live in. We live in a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house located in Coburg, that has everything that you need within walking distance. Our neighbourhood is fantastic and we have brilliant neighbours! The rooms have a built in robe and you can fit a queen bed with bedside tables easily into it. All bills are split equally and the internet is included in your rent equally spilt at $20 per month. Your rent per month for the room will be $590 per month. Bond is $842- as the bond is split equally among 4 of us and the difference in rent per room varies due to sizes which is why it's not the same as you would pay per month. They are both required upfront with 1 months rent.

Working at a University while finishing a Master in Arts Management. Very independent, but love spending time with friends and good times with housemates. Often out and about at art events, work, uni, or the gym. I have good references and would love to find a balanced, homely-home with down to earth, friendly, fun people.
Hi lovely people! What am I looking for? - Somewhere fun to stay with awesome housemates - Looking to stay for either a few months or for the long haul with the option of subletting my room when I go off for more than a month at a time (e.g. going to europe sometime this year) - Would be great to have outdoors or sports loving housemates that enjoy things like climbing, cycling, hiking, tennis or whatever else - A backyard would be amazing Why would you want me as a housemate? - I'm out of the house most of the time, working, I have things on most evenings and I'm often out for days or longer at a time on outdoorsy adventures - When I'm around, I like to be social, have a chat, share a beer or a wine, a meal, a movie or anything else happening - Got plenty of board games, and always keen on games nights - I have a car with plenty of space and a towball to help cart around big things - I enjoy working on projects around the house, and keen to do some gardening (by way of experimentation!) Frequently asked questions: - I was born here. Lived in NZ for awhile, and now back in Melbourne - I'm house trained. I'm not a neat freak, but believe things work nicer when dishes are cleaned soon after they are used (or the morning after if it's near bed time), objects are not blocking the walkways, and lawns are mowed - No dramas whatsoever about anyone's race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation - Left leaning, not that others need to be, but we'd probably get along better if we all were :) What you should know that might be an issue: - I would like a place where couchsurfers or visitors (anyone's) are welcome time to time - I like dumpster diving and won't hesitate to join anyone else willing or invite others - I'm mostly vegetarian but don't care what others eat / don't eat. Happy to be vegan in the house if others are
Hi I'm Liam, working full time as an engineer in Melbourne's CBD. I'm generally independent, but keen to have a social household with the odd shared dinner or quiet drinks after work. I don't have any pets myself but would love getting to know yours if you have any! I think I'm pretty easy going and I appreciate honest conversations should they need to come up. I love playing social sport on weeknights and chilling out with Netflix, tea and a crossword when winding down for a work night.
My name is Allen Sierra. I'm from Florida, USA, just recently moved to Melbourne to pursue my master's degree at UniMelb. I like filming and video production. I am pretty neat and even-tempered.
Hey guys, My name's Ozan (Turkish. Call me Ozzy!). I'm a 22yo student who's recently moved to Melbourne for studies, and looking for a place inner-north (Brunswick, Essendon, Ascot, Coburg, Pascoe areas). I'm currently working casual in warehousing, but hunting for a job close to the city. My budget is $180pw, but also looking for places around $150-200pw depending on the housing situation. I've NEVER been late with rent & never will be. ABOUT ME: - I'm well educated - Born and raised in Sydney. - I'm gay. 🏳️🌈 - Left-leaning and Atheist (but respectful of all beliefs) - Non-smoker. - I don't own any pets (but will love and cherish yours). - I'm introverted but that doesn't mean I'm shy! I'm generally quiet, reserved, and stay inside my room a lot; however I'm more than happy to join outings and be social for the night. :) - I'm approachable and easy to get along with. - I don't know how to cook, but I'm very tidy, organised, and absolutely love to clean! If I'm what you're looking for, send me a message!
Hi there! My name is Casey, I recently moved from Brisbane to Melbourne and currently a full-time uni student studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. I love sport and socialising, but also love having my own space at times and respect that of others too. I'm a neat and tidy person and would love to find a place where I can easily make new friends. :)
Tidy, cheerful, and easygoing! :)
Hey, I am a musician who plays guitar and sings as well as play piano so would be looking for somewhere preferably with thick walls so I can practice full voice singing. My music is contemporary pop and happy to schedule a time around the rest of the house mates before 9pm that is best to practice music. I am also a model and actress but travel lots with my profession. I have traveled all of Australia and touring in NZ with plans to travel in UK, Canada & USA. I don't drive so public transport would be great to have near by. I've lived away from my parents for almost 2 years now in 2 different homes from the 1 I grew up in but I've never lived in Melbourne before. I don't smoke or do drugs & have no pets or serious allergies. I would prefer a furnished place & if you have a shower instead/as well as a bath, that would be great. Please let me know the bed size too. I'm happy to share a house but I wouldn't like to share a room with someone. I've shared houses in every place I have lived. If you are a guy, you will be like my brother so please don't try hit/get with me. Please note the areas in Melbourne I'm only looking to move to are listed. Thanks, I will be in Melbourne on the 29th Jan - 11th Feb to look at places in person.
