$300/week•19 year old woman
I'm an 20-year-old female who prefers the simplicity of living in a cozy studio or my own room in a quiet share house. I have just completed a childcare course at Melb PolyTech and I am looking work as an Educator nearby. I plan to continue my studies in childcare focusing on working with children with special needs. I spend my days working on my passions for crocheting, painting, cooking, and immersing myself in music. Nature is my sanctuary, providing inspiration for my creative endeavours. I love to go camping too. In terms of house vibes, I thrive in a clean and organized environment where peace and quiet reign supreme. I'm content keeping to myself, although I do enjoy the company of others. I embrace diversity and cherish the freedom to express myself authentically. I don't own any pets or have children of my own. I am looking for a place where I can relax and enjoy the company of my housemates.

I'm a 35-year-old kiwi girl who works full time in events decor and prefers living in a tidy, light, and airy space. Non smoking please! My interests include playing baseball, watching musicals, movies, and listening to true crime podcasts. I enjoy a quiet home but am open to casual drinks with friends. I like to think of myself as laid back and personable. I'm a sucker for a nap and it's not uncommon to find me having a wee boogie in the kitchen. Ideally I would like some place somewhat modern that's easy to maintain and I would prefer to live with other women. I have a car so parking spots are a bonus but I'm no stranger to parking on the street. I look forward to meeting some potential new house mates.

I'm warm, friendly and open. I've got solid rental experience and value a clean a tidy space, so I'll always do my bit. I work in the garden and landscape industries for private clients. I'm super up for contributing to the garden - edible or ornamental. I have strong professional experience in this field. Other things I enjoy include getting outdoors, exercise, music, making, reading and a bit of writing. I come with a beautiful brown and white 2 year old Border collie X Kelpie 🥰 Think female red dog. I take doggo with me to work, and to most places in general. Being fully responsible for her needs is a priority for me. She's not a barker but will alert sometimes and is always super keen to say hello. She's amazing with cats and other animals.. overall she's a total angel. Cheers, Mia x

Howdy! Looking for someone tidy, reliable, and easy to live with? I might be 50-something, but I’ve still got plenty of spark, a good sense of humour, love to travel and meet new people and can bring my own furniture! 😁 I’m a stakeholder and community engagement professional who also mentors students and startups. Currently living in a one bedroom concrete apartment, and tired of talking to plants at the end of the day. Would like to house or flatshare again (have done so before in Australia, and have lived overseas in hostels and once house shared a place with 7 people 🤣 in London). I genuinely love being part of a community. I’m someone who enjoys a shared meal, a quick chat in the kitchen, or lending a hand when needed. At the same time, I really value quiet time, personal space, and open communication. I’m always open to feedback and believe in resolving any misunderstandings with care and respect. I'm currently in transition, and looking for a place that has a community vibe, some greenary, wooden floorboards and close to local shops and cafes. I also am a good cook (both vegetarian and meat dishes). So, if you’re looking for a mature, respectful, and warm housemate who values connection and contribution, and will share the load, I’d love to chat. Things I can bring if it's needed (or I am flexible to put in storage): - a black apartment size fridge/freezer - large microwave and kitchenware - a white extendable IKEA table (6 x stools) - a white daybed (can be used as a comfy couch with coushins) folds out to a double bed but great for chilling (I have my own bed) - a white solid book shelf with doors and white open book shelf - and indoor plants - if there's room. My budget: $170–$200per week plus bills, ideally close to public transport, in Glenroy or Coburg, with garden and/or pets. Happy to pay rent in advance if the place feels like the right fit and to start initially with a short term arrangement if that suits you better. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Cheers, Mary😊
