A private room preferably with a bed if possible, I have some items of furniture but not an extreme load of stuff. Reliant on public transport as my method of transport at present, so the location is important that is easily accessible (preferably to a train station) Not fussed on bills included/excluded in rent at this stage hoping to find something around the $250 I am comfortable to pay (currently paying $210 excl. bills).
