I am a fifo worker in western australia on a 2 weeks on 1 week off roster so will only be home roughly 5 days at the end of every 2 weeks. And when home I do often like to travel with my kids to visit close family and friends. I do have 2 young children that I love to see every time that I am home but only have them with me over night on the weekends before I have to fly back to work. I also do have a gorgeous female belgian sheppard that my kids dogs and is outside only. Preferably looking for some shed space and somewhere to park up my tinny, camper trailer and 4x4 while im away at work I am very domesticated and also know how to put a toilet seat down hahhahaa. Either gender does not phase me as very easy going and respectful of others space.
Contrary to the stereotype of a 19 year old male, I'm very neat and tidy and like to keep things clean. Very mature for age as I've been told by numerous housemates. My life is very routine based between work and gym so I don't mind chores around the house. I generally keep to myself but I'm also very friendly, outgoing and environmentally flexible. Iv'e been supporting myself since I turned 16 years old, have pulled my own wight in every home and have never missed rent or any bill payments. I work full time and quite often am out of the house with friends or at gym, I have 2 cars, 1 motorbike and a few boxs of tools so just need a bit of storage space.
A quiet area and newly built house. It's just me so with the separate living space there is plenty of privacy. I enjoy cooking so, I'm happy to share cooking or keep that separate. The house is always clean and tidy so someone who is also this way would be great. I work full time 9 till 5:30 with week days off. There are two bathrooms so the back bathroom and separate toilet are all yours. The house has ducted aircon to every room, high speed NBN and Netflix included in the rent. My address is actually 9 Hayman Street which it wouldn’t accept becasue it’s a relatively new area so 13 Normanby Crecsent was the closest street they accepted.

Between myself and my partner we have 1 cat and 1 18 week old amstaff puppy. I work full time as an apprentice mechanic ( 8 till 5:30 mon - fri) and my partner is currently out of work due to health problems from her work however she still recieves centrelink payments. She is a qualifed dog trainer and groomer as well as a qualified beauty therapist. Generally keep to ourselves and we dont do much, other than going to see my partners horses. With the mrs being home all day she can tend to the needs of the animals as well as mantain all aspects of the house. Im always too tired from work to want to do anything other than sleep.

The house is very modern as it is only a few months old, we have lived here for a month now and we love it! Since it is such a new complex there are only a few of the townhouses rented out at this point so it is very quiet and we have no neighbours, perfect right?! The complex has a pool and gym which are free to use. Grocery shops, public transport, fuel station and the highway are only a very quick drive or walking distance. Rent is $110 a week + bills when they come around every quarter. Unlimited wifi is available and would be split equally each month. You would have you own private room and only have to share the main bathroom with one other girl :)

Easy access to highway. You would have to share a bathroom and lounge room with one other. The room has a ceiling fan and plenty of natural light. Also a large double wardrobe. I have solar panels so the bills are really cheap. Unfortunately there is no internet connection at the house. I'm after someone clean and working. Must have common sense and respect for others.
