My base clinical school is Westmead Hospital and I am happy to drive up to a distance of 45 mins each way from the rental. I need the rental for approximately an 11-12 month period minimum. The move in date can be somewhat negotiable (within reason) if it helps to secure the rental, and I can start moving in some things in the weekends with the help of my parents.
