We have the downstairs area (Bedroom + Study) in our house coming available on the 24th of September. As you have the whole of the Lower floor you have a reasonable amount of space but there is also a lounge room and dining area upstairs as well as a kitchen with pretty much everything you could need. There is a large shared bathroom (you would be sharing with two others) featuring a shower and a spa. The property backs on to city facing park land so there is plenty of space around and great trails to walk/ride right at our back door. The house has a few very friendly housemates and two even friendlier doggos. Internet (unlimited NBN) is included in the rent however we all share the electricity and water bills. There is off street parking for one car.
I'm am a Nutrition student at Flinders Uni, about to graduate and looking for work. Looking for somewhere short term but potentially open for long term. I'm able to move in now if everything goes well so let me know if you have anything that suits both of us! :) P.S. open to any location!
Have just finished uni and currently working full time in the Hills. I tend to hit the gym or go for hikes a fair bit, and am pretty beat when I get home from work, so you probably won't see too much of me. Can be social, but also enjoy just chilling on the weekends.
HI! I'll be fresh out of school next year and am looking for a friendly flatmate who knows the city as I'm new to it! I'll start studying a mid year degree of marine biology (not sure which uni yet though - but I'm sooo excited to get started!) next year but before that, I'll be working as much as possible. I also love most sports, mainly sailing, hockey, football, netball, soccer etc. etc. Have always loved the sea! And I think I'd be a great flatmate because I'm outgoing, always up for a laugh and easy to talk to. I'm respectful of others space, happy to help out whenever needed and keep my living space clean and organised. I love to cook too, always up for learning something knew :) Thanks to all in advance!
My name is Lucky. I moved to Adelaide from Melbourne about 3weeks ago. Only just started my master degree program in Social Work at Flinders University. I'm a simple and down to earth person and certainly easy to get along with. I love to clean after myself and respect peoples space. I am basically that individual who wants the best for everyone and loves to see people happy.
Hi! I work as a receptionist Monday-Friday 9-5 in the Adelaide City. Honestly I am looking for a house full of really cool people that I can call my friends, somewhere I can come home from work to and have a great chat full of laughs and banter (and maybe a sneaky drink 😏) I am a very social person although I will always respect your space! Although I am a “young professional “ don’t be fooled, I will never pass up an opportunity to spread out on the couch and have a Netflix night (I have a Netflix AND Stan account so whos the real winner here) Soooo I’m a super fun person and probably exactly what your house is missing, so chuck me a message!!
Easygoing, quiet, reliable, tidy. I just study and play a bit with dog and bit of video games really. Can be dessy d whenever. I also come with a 5 month old Labrador x puppy called Juno. She is very friendly.
Great location just off the Main Rd in Belair and within 5 minute drive to the National Park. Ideal for Flinders university students being a 10minute (max) drive to university and within walking distance to train and bus services. Old, quirky house with a nice sized backyard, big rooms and a combustion heater in the lounge room. * It is a must that our new housemate/s love dogs. We have two dogs who we treasure. Well behaved and provide great company :)
Hi there, I am looking for someone to start a new sharehouse with me. I have lots of nice furniture, including a dishwasher, so just looking for a responsible person with good references who just needs a room and bathroom with use of shared areas. I have a well behaved cat called Shelly. I am a counsellor and hypnotherapist, and preferably I would love to find a house where I can practise from a front room 2 days per week. I also drive a bit of Uber to pay extra bills. I am also studying psychology part time. I also love playing tennis and having brunch with friends.
This possible roommate comes with the following bonuses... or warnings depending: I'm a Subway worker and happily willing to bring home cookies regularly. I'm also a Domestic cleaner and will happily be bribed to clean via pizza or brownies. I come with a bonus fluffy boy, a year old kitten called Sheppard. Comedy special obsessed, Disney Expert and Lover of all things Nerdy. I'll happily shout take out once in a blue moon, because it took my fancy that day. Can either talk an ear off or sit in comfortable silence whichever is preferred. 60% extrovert 20% introvert 20% stereotypical sassy best friend. HIGH personal hygiene standards. Just meaning I have a hell of a tonne gorgeous smelling goodies. Respectful of boundaries. Netflix/Stan/Totallylegalstreamingservice savant. Fluffy pyjama pants addict. I do give animals voices, because I has no self control. Monopoly monster.
I am a tidy person, I enjoy cooking & am vegetarian! I am currently studying education support & working in the Beauty industry! I love socialising & meeting new people and also love having my own time. I enjoy exercising, cooking, tea, cats & yoga!
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)

My name is Ella and I am a relatively laid back and friendly person. I am also quiet and I try to keep to myself. I am also a fairly clean person I am a hospitality worker with two casual jobs. I work about 15-25 hours a week mostly at nights so I am a bit of a night owl. I enjoy red wine and eating, drinking at the local pub. I am also fairly energetic and regularly exercises. I dont have wild parties and I am a non smoker.
I'm respectful and fun. The two most important qualities in any housemate. I spend a lot of time traveling around the world, so have lots of cool stories to share. I'm looking for a place to settle down for a few months before heading off again, and then possibly come back to to finish my last year of Uni later in 2019. IG: mygypsytales
I'm easy going, financially stable and happy to do my fair share of cleaning
Friendly, sociable, love to go out but also appreciate spending the night in. I study quite a bit for my course as well and can respect people's privacy. Sometimes I'll study at Uni, sometimes at home, but I'd say I'm out quite a lot because of my casual job anyway. Move date is extremely flexible right now as I'm not in a time-sensitive position. I speak a bit of Spanish and can cook an alright meal every now and then!
We have a room that will be available in the next few weeks (bedroom 2 in the floor plan) It’s in Mitcham, huge house, good surroundings, happy housemates and one small doggo. 15 mins to the city, 5 minutes from shops, pubs and everything else. The room itself is a decent size - enough room for a king size bed, a tv cabinet, probably even a couch with room to spare and has a mirrored wardrobe. It’s 130 per week and this includes wifi, all other bills split evenly. Bond is 6 weeks rent (does not allow me to change this on the site) + 2 weeks rent needs to be paid in advance.
