Great location. Very quiet and a true bush setting. Outdoor bbqs and smoking outside. Strictly drug free environment, there is plenty of wildlife here. Dry storage available for bulky items. The room does have a Queen bed but everything is optional. Im an ausie bloke and im certainly not racist. However a similar person to myself would be looked at more favorably. The room does have built in robes and a full length window looking at the bush setting. So if you like to chill by the outdoor bbq or read a book or even like to tinker in a shed, this place could be for you.
Welcome to this lovely little home in Mount Ku-ring-gai! Literally a stone's throw from beautiful Ku-ring-gai Chase national Park, a six minute walk to the train station, two minute drive to the local Aldi, 10 minute drive to Westfield Hornsby and I'm sure there are more benefits that I have not yet explored! It has a good sized yard with a little deck out back, external laundry, timber laminate flooring throughout the main areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The neighbourhood is quiet and the streets are spacious and leafy! The room has built in wardrobes and would probably be large enough for a queen bed. I have just been approved for this place and am looking for a housemate! You won't have to go on the lease however, an application would need to be submitted for the owner's information and I will be asking you to sign a sub-letting agreement between us. This won't be a situation where you are just renting a room or boarding with me, the place will be as yours as it is mine! I have yet to set up internet and utilities so I can't vouch for the cost of those but those types of things will be split equally.

I’m 27 years old and work full time as a manager in the hospitality industry. This means I work most weekends and often have early morning starts. I’m a qualified pastry chef and love to cook. I’m hoping to find a house with a few people of a similar age to myself who would enjoy the company of two gorgeous cats (Whiskey and Tequila). They’re both very affectionate, animal loving and adventurous cats. They love the outdoors so it would be ideal to live on a fairly quiet street. I like to keep things pretty tidy and organised and would respect other people’s needs as I’d like to been given the same.
